This happening was held after a “door to door” invitation to my neighborhood of six apartment blocks in Dagli street in Thessaloniki. The appointment was for the 7th of May. The process begun from the highest flats through to the first floors of each building. Every neighbor participated by tying the end of the red ribbon to his/her balcony or window and throwing the rest (the bobbin) to the opposite and downwards neighbor, wherever that was possible. Thereafter whoever had caught the bobbin did the same process.
